In followup to yesterday's cold metal shift knob issue, with my suby sold I am now driving the civic in the COLD (today we say -18F), a solution was needed. Did you know a baby's sock is JUST the right size?

I did briefly consider inventing such a product, and then images of wires running from my cigarette lighter socket to my metal shift knob and electrocuting me in traffic came to mind, so I stopped thinking

Unless your daily commute is like a F&F racing scene, why is a cold knob (giggity) an issue?

I had to go with a leather / color match insert knob for my S2000. 100 degree days were BRUTAL. I am surprised I didn't end up with a shift pattern brand imbedded in my palm.
